X-Men 2011

So over the weekend I happened across a YouTube clip of Wolverine in an airport. The clip was awesome and of course the comments provided a link to the series it was from. Was I in for a treat. I happened across X-Men 2011, one of the Marvel Anime series, and I must say it was probably the best animated rendition of the X-Men I've ever seen. No I'd go as far as to say the best X-Men series, animated or not, including the movies.

Now I've never been a huge comic book fan. In fact I've never read a single super heroes comic book, but instead learned about the characters through tv shows, movies, video games and so on. So while the purists may disagree with me I'd say that this is worth a look whether you're hardcoe fan or a causal one like myself. That being said I'm sure all the hardcoe fan have the series on limited edition blu-ray haha

That's terrible lol. I'd much rather watch 90's X-Men, X-Men: Evolution, or Wolverine and the X-Men over this, no offense. I have been reading X-Men comics since I was eight (29 now) and have seen many iterations of these characters, even manga inspired ones, but I just can't get into this. Points for introducing me to something X-related that I have never heard of though!
