Hello.

I've been looking for a way to change the speed of the mouse cursor while in menus and dialogues. Either a tiny plugin/mod/fix or an edit to the .ini file would suit me just fine, if such a thing exists. To clarify, look/turn speed functions without a problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume by "change" you mean "improve" ?

The http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=utilities.detail&id=22 has an option to "Accelerate Mouse pointer in menus."
Which works very well.

Another trick to help performance (especially in the Menus) is to change this line in your ini:
Max FPS=240
to Max FPS=60
