Here are the problems I've encountered related to menus, plus a special bonus bug for all the bug fans out there:
1. In the crafting menus (I've only payed attention in the campfire menu, it may or may not apply to the others), if I select a recipe that requires me to scroll down on the right-hand side of the menu - the side with the ingredients, I can no longer select anything on the left. Exiting and re-entering the crafting menu fixes the problem until the next time I have to scroll.
2. The shop menu in the Lucky 38's Presidential Suite doesn't allow me to buy, only sell. Kind of frustrating since it only sells unique items.
3. Also in the Lucky 38, in the Casino this time, activating the terminal near the boxing gloves pops up a menu with nothing to select (except "close" or something similar). Force-activating the terminal with the console allows me to hack it as normal and it displays a mostly blank screen, which I assume is what it's supposed to do at the point of the game I'm in. Someone familiar with the purpose of the terminal will be better suited to decide how much of a bug this is.
SPECIAL BONUS BUG: When I target Night Stalker heads in VATS while they're visible, even if it reads 95%, I miss every time. This makes fighting them kind of a pain since my character svcks at combat.
That's all for now, although I've encountered plenty of other bugs unrelated to the topic. Other than the bonus bug, I mean. Someone needs to make a miscellaneous bug thread so I don't have to ineffectively sneak in particularly annoying bugs in otherwise normal threads.
