While it does look nice it's huge for this type of mod.... 200+ megabytes. I wonder what amount of strain will put on your CPU and VRAM memory because of the video playing and that's just before you start your game with who knows how many mods in your load order... In other words be careful. There are much smaller alternative also.

I tried that mod when it was released. I thought it was a beautiful mod. The panoramic vistas in the video looked genuinely breathtaking on my monitor. Nevertheless, I uninstalled it. I quickly realized that I really don't spend enough time in the menu to justify modding it. I'm a person who clicks on his LOAD (or NEW) buttons the instant they appear. A mod like this is wasted on me.

I've used Klaus' Glory of Cyrodiil for almost 3-4 years and love it. I repeatedly requested him to release the version seen in Oblivion Evolution, but I think the TES community's response to that mod and it's cancellation made him bitter about modding.

While I too usually jump to the "continue" button as others mentioned, I sometimes let the Title screen play and let me realize why i love Oblivion so much. In fact, if someone asks me to visualize something serene (like when they take your BP at the doctor's office), I visualize the Glory of Cyrodiil video!
