mods like SKY UI (Not only that, Categorized Menus are meant to list and classify English objects) behave better if the objects are in English. I can understand written English pretty well, but I prefer my native language to understand Spoken conversations.

That's why I ask for a way to have all Skyrim in English(Don't even mind if subtitles are in English) but voices in Spanish.

Well, just backup your Skyrim - Voices.BSA and Skyrim - Sounds.BSA in English, download Skyrim in English and overwrite the files?

If you have the spanish version of the game then can't you just get the spanish audio files in the BSA, then the english strings? I would think that the result would be all text is english (Even subtitles), but the audio itself is in spanish? (I'm doing some guess work here...)

Change your language in Steam to Spanish and it will re-download the strings and voice BSAs into your language. Save them somewhere and then change your Steam language back to English (if you prefer). Copy the voice BSA back into the Data folder, delete the English version, and rename the Spanish BSA the same as the English version. You should then have english text and spanish voices.
