[WIPz] Meos Resources

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 2:51 am

It's too bad that my 20 models will probably never see the light of day for that project because of stubborn individuals.... But I would like to congratulate you on your hard work with all your resources that are free for all modders.

I dont get it, they didnt give permission or else?

As for the new ayleid colors, yes, send them over, it cant hurt to have a look.

Meo!

Fantastic stuff. Ive been trawling it for stuff for Mesogea. If you ever get round to doing general lo-res market clutter, Roman/Greek/Persian and other classical stuff, I'll snap it up quick as pan!

I want to get my hands on the Deluxe Set. I want to build an observatory on a mountain top.
BTW meo I suggest you contact Phitt so that maybe you could use his dwemer textures. That way people that don't have the orrery dlc can use your resource.

MEO

some things I noticed with Potion Replacer (not Potable Pastiche)

Need some of the minor UOP fixes

These things should be corrected for those that do not use bash. Else just selecting it under graphics in Bash will get around these listed below.

Strong Poison of Burden - UOP sets magnitude value to 40, will your is 35.
STrong potion of Magicka - is flagged has quest item should not be

Potion of Chameleon - UOP set magitude to 20, your is 15
Potion of Burden - UOP set to magitude to 30, yours is 20

MS40VamprieCurePoison - is missing Cure Disease in which UOP added

If you need it already patched just let me know will send it to you

Wonderful job once again.

Corepc

and why are the prices lower? was there a reasoning for that?
edit: OOO price compatiblity

Bravo! Good resources! I one day hope to use one myself, though in the mean time...I don't have any mods to make I could imagine I would need to use any...sadly enough. But I am sure one day I will think "damn..I really need a labyrinth garden" (which, btw, I like the labyrinth garden the most)

Hey Meo...I hope you're still working on Leyawiin Manor. Those new building models are just what I need for my own mod! :)

Do you have a rough ETA for us?

I noticed that in your Deluxe Set wip that you used textures from the Orrery DLC, Since some people don't have it you should probably use custom textures. Sheogorad has some nice Dwemer textures.

@SpeedyB: Only the dome and observatory uses the Orrery textures. I know it svcks for those who dont have the DLC but those meshes were UVmapped using those textures, and they look great, and thats how they will be released, if i ever release them, the dome and observatory that is.

Thanks for the kind words RedBag.

Darkstone, that looks like an Ayleid museum, and it looks real fine, good job.

Meo... correct me if I'm wrong... is that a working mirror in the very last pic of the WIPZ section? Props, man. The rest of the set looks lovely too.

Not long ago someone came through the forums asking if mirrors were possible and got told no by most of the responders...

You can see that it must be a render from some 3D modeling programme. There are also shadows cast by statics and that is almost impossible to get in Oblivion. Some have achieved it with some ideas of placing static-shaped creatures, but it's impossible to get it as perfect as in that render.
