Drink 4 cheap wines just before talking to the Priest at Namira's shrine; that should lower your personality enough. You'd better do it before your personality reaches 60, because that trick won't work after that point.

i found an easier way

make damadge personality posions and then add two items with a restore fatigue effect so it will then become a potion

I couldnt find any cheap wine but i found everything i needed for the poison potions at the main ingredient :/ also after doing the poisioned potions i eventually found 4 and they didnt take enough points off of my personality (reloaded after cuz didnt want to have to run back to a circle of curing found in those "churches")

I've started so many characters that, at this point, my characters usually "set aside" the first four cheap wines they run across, if there's any chance at all that they'll ever do that quest. There are a couple of bottles very close to the end of the tutorial dungeon, guarded only by a few mudcrabs. :)

Like you, I use the "bag of holding" mod, so those characters who acquire that bag will just throw a few cheap wines in there "for later."
