I have the pre order bonus Mercenary Pack, but when I enter the code, it sais it was already used or I typed it wrong.
I searched on google and I have read it was a well known problem. But this was during the release period of Fallout New Vegas. Now please give me an answer to this problem!

if you bought it during the release (last october) then why are you having problems 10 months later.If you bought this game used, then the code doesn't work (only can use it once). This is why I don't trust a certain gaming store that sells games with the wrapping removed, or resealed.

Whell they had some codes left, so I was able to get one. It was not used, it was in the official playstation seal. I've e-mailed the store, still waiting for an answer. But there were problems during the release right?

Well either you entered it wrong or i was already used, after sitting on a shelf for ten months its quite possible and employee copied down the code and used it himself.
