[req] Merchant Contracts

I don't like the highly artificial way Oblivion tamps down characters making money, by leaving merchants with X septims per sale. Morrowind's was better, but still problematic: X amount of septims per merchant for sales/purchase for a period of X days. What I propose is something different, something more immersive. If a character regularly sells one particular item--let's say, Damage Fatigue potions--to a specific merchant, over time that merchant will find a ready, regular market for the item. So they will, after receiving X amount of that item within Y amount of time, offer the character a contract.

The contract, whose terms are negotiable, will require the character to supply X items during a X period, lasting X number of days. At the end of that time, the contract may be renegotiated for the same amount, but a lengthier period, with that merchant.

I wouldn't want to see this become a get-rich-quick scheme. The only purpose is to make something that increases ease of use (no more selling 120 potions in lots of 9), while offering players who want a touch more reality added to the merchant system in the game.

Have at it. I hope somebody can make this.
