One of the pieces of information I wanted to discuss to get your opinions of.
It mentioned that there was a perk called something like "Master Trader" which gives vendors 10,000 gold to trade with. Now in a lot of ways this is pretty good as it was always annoying to try to sell the equipment you just looted from somewhere with someone that only has like 200 gold etc.
My concen though is that in Morrowind & Oblivion you could find weapons & Armour etc. that cost way more than 10,000. I never liked selling a weapon worth 30,000 gold to someone for 10,000, as to buy it back off of them you would have to pay about 30,000.
I know you could sort of get around this by buying lots of stuff off of them to give them an extra 20,000 and therefore you could then sell the weapon for 30,000. But what this actually means is that you are exchanging the weapon for lots of stuff rather than 30,000 gold.
Whats you opinion on this; do you think this is right, or would you rather at least 1 merchant to have enough gold to buy and weapon off of you for close to what it is worth?
In morrowind, you had two merchants (I forget their names); a scamp and a mudcrab that both had lots of money that you could normally goto see if you had lots of things to sell. I think it would be good if the same thing happened again but with more gold to actually buy your expensive weapons; I don't really see the point in them being worth that much if you can't actually sell them for anything close to that amount...
