When I trade with any merchant, I sell them everything I can until they run out of money. Then I will make my purchases, building the merchants hold back up. However, when I try to sell more to them, the transaction well go through, except the merchant doesn't actually give me any caps for the sale. I have erased all my saves and started a new game, but that has not worked.
