I was wondering if someone would be able to make an edited form of this Mesh for me, if possible?

This Mesh is an L-shaped corner piece, with four railings on the wide-corner of the L, and I would like a piece that is the same, except the railing is on the Inner-Corner of the L, without one on the Outer-side, if possible?

I admit, I don't know how possible it is to get ride of the old railng, based on those posts... But it's 100% beyond my skill, so hopefully for someone else it'll be easier...
