MGE XE 0.9.9 and MWSE Hud questions

I have been trying to decipher Skaeps work on companion health bars as I would like to experiment with a new hud bar

So am looking for some help please

In the MGE XE readme it states

Where can I find the script commands added by MGE XE? Does any documentation exist?

What modiication is required for a MGE mod to be used with XE?

In one of Skaeps scripts he writes:

Is the syntax different for MGE XE i.e would it read MGEXELoadHud instead of MGELoadHud?

Because I am a noob at MWSE do all MWSE scripts need to be written in MWEdit and read only in the CS?

Mystical answers can be written in haiku form

Practical ones need small words I can mentally grasp please

I've been learning a lot of MWSE over the last week or two. It's probably best to start with Yacoby's "http://wiki.theassimilationlab.com/mmw/Scripting_with_MWSE", but http://wiki.theassimilationlab.com/mmw/Category:Functions_%28MWSE%29 section of the wiki is also very useful for figuring out what new functions are added. Not all of MWSE functions are documented very well though, so you might have to look into the customfunctions.dat file to decipher some of the more obscure ones. The syntax should be the same for both MWSE and MGE as far as I know, the only difference would be that MGE has some additional functions added/changed.
