OK, Well i have used Mge for awhile but one time a mod messed up morrowind so i unistalled and re-install the entire morrowind folder for a clean install (erasing MGE) well i waited a year forgetting about MGE and when i tried to install it next (after getting all the required programs and the like) i tried to launch it and to my suprise it loads for 3 seconds (hourglass by the arrow) and then it stops loading so i checked in task manager and low and behold it is in "processes" but not in "applications" and i did not recive any popup's saying it crashed or cant open it just wont open. i have checked over all my hardware and it all is should work with MGE but the thing just wont open.


any thoughts on how to fix this plz share

what version of mge do you have, and have you patched bloodmoon?

i have the GOTY version of morrowind which comes with all patches to latest and ive tried both 3.8, 3.7 and 3.3 and nonne of them work

definitely use 3.8.

You say that it doesn't give you any error messages? What happens when you try to open the gui?

well i have moved this to the official thread for MGE but for hesphat, when i open it up nothing happens there is no popup of any kind created and the only way i can tell the program is running at all is that it is in the "processes" section of task manager tool
