Trying a new shader order with MGE XE with a new setup. I haven't tweaked anything yet. Bloom needs tweaking a lot and custom SSAO shader needs some fixes.

What's the NPR shader and where can I get it?

It is a shader pack I made for Non-Photorealistic Rendering style images. That shader is called Painterly.

Its from my own unreleased texture/model replacer.I can give it to you but youd have to apply it to your game on your own because its named differently. Lemme know if you are interested.

It's stunning. I'm really looking forward to it. If you're looking for testers I'd love to give it a try. But what do you mean 'apply it to the game on your own'? You mean the texture aren't properly named so we have to name them ourselves? Don't you have the named versions?

I mean I started it for my own use, and part of that was remodeling a lot of Morrowind poor models into my own and changing the naming structure to a more organized manner. It began just as a retexture, but I felt like that was limiting so I changed models, and then it just became some sort of overhaul. I dont like having the same exact model thats in Dagon Fel in Seyda Neen, so I changed it. And I cant effectively retexture Seyda Neen's models without unintentionally changing Dagon Fel's, so I needed new models.
