I've been critically examining the graphically-enhanced world of Morrowind thanks to MGSO 3.0 and am impressed with the result. However, I have noticed a few areas missed by MGSO and wanted to know if others have successfully enhanced the look of Morrowind further and how they did it.
Things I've noticed/changed thus far:
1. The Hlaalu Buttresses in Balmora still look low-res in comparison with the bump mapped exterior walls;
2. The hanging moss in Balmora is still low-res;
3. I went with the Balmora mage guild floor and door handle textures from Morrowind Visual Pack - personal preference but I think the handle is a higher resolution than the MGSO texture and looks more interesting too;
4. Does MGSO use a 512k version of Darknut's Better Clothes texture? I downloaded a 1024k version which I'm using;
5. Caverns bump mapped is a great alternative to the lichen-y cave walls of the textures used in MGSO.
I haven't mentioned meshes, animations and lighting as I haven't compared any yet but if you've made improvements there I'd be keen to know what you used.
