When I attempt to 'extract files' on the MOInstaller program, I get this error: "Non 7z archive"

I'm on Windows 7. I have Morrowind, Tribunal and Bloodmoon installed correctly, with the latest patch. I have DirectX 9.0c fully updated and Visual C++ 2008 installed. Both my .NET frameworks are also properly installed.

Any solutions? Thanks in advance.
