Mick and Ralph's

Post » Fri Nov 18, 2011 8:31 pm

I was walking in Freeside when approached by a local and she had informed me that Mick and Ralph have decided to give me a discount!

Oh goodie!

So I run over and try to buy from them, and their shop wont open up when I ask to look at their items.

They say "Take a gander" and all that good stuff, but without a following result of the shop inventory opening.

I've tried countless things, but the only solution I've found helpful is blowing their [censored] heads off.

Fix this.

Been happening in many cases, different variations too.

For some it's a reputation problem, and it's an easy fix.

I just happen to got stuck with one that has no solution, so now I have to wait for an update.

svcks knowing I have to depend on people who cannot release a fix for the FPS problem on PS3.

I won't hold my breath.

I had something similar. It happens like you say with reputation issues, If you just hurt one freeside person then get back up in karma they won't trade with you.

You just have to hope that you didn't mess up your rep a long time ago and load an old save.

Well I was always able to trade with them, in fact I DID trade with them right before that discount [censored] came up to me.

According to the Fallout wiki the only way of avoiding this is running away from her. Killing her will make Mick and Ralph permanently hostile.

I'd reload but while trying to fix my FPS issues I thought it'd help to delete all the useless save files.

(I did and it works alright so far...)

My main backup load is after this.

My Fallout New Vegas experience is snowballing into a [censored]-storm.
