Every time I try to buy from them, they say their dialogue and resume conversation. Can't buy. Anybody else encounter this problem and/or know a solution? (btw, I'm on the 360, so console commands are out of the question)

It's a known bug, it happened to me too (I play on the 360 also) on my last playthrough, to my knowledge, it never fixed itself for me, sorry that I could not help.

im on the 360 and this same thing happened to me, i chose the dialogue option to show me their goods and they said well take a look and it went right back to the dialogue options. i reloaded a save and still no change. so i just stopped going to their shop because i figured it was glitched. some hours of playing went by and i came back to check if it was still messed up. i guess it fixed itself cause when i asked to see their wares it showed me what they were selling

do you have the patches? when i got mine, the first patch was out and i didn't have that problem.

I do have all of the patches, and at least 15-20 hours of playing time have passed since the first time I tried buying from them.

I think it has something to do with my reputation. When doing dept collector, for fun I killed everybody after I collected their debts for the garrets. When I entered, all of the wrangler guard were hostile to me. I left and waited 3 in-game days and they were still hostile. So, I basically had to go inside, kill the guards, and run away and wait until everybody else calmed down. By this point, my reputation was sh*t, so I bought my way to "Dark Hero" from James Garret so Mick and Ralph would agree to sell to me again. Now just the dialogue plays. I'm going to see if changing my reputation will make a difference.

i dont buy from them often but ive never had a problem.

All I know is that they never have any caps for you to sell to them. Go to the Gun Runners if you want some weapons, and if you want Stimpacks and other things such as that, just go steal it!

This actually happened to me on PS3 and I tried loading a prior save and it didn't do anything. Luckily the Gun Runners are close by and they have better products, but I had JUST gotten a discounted price there and wanted to sell stuff to them. I am going to keep checking back to see if it fixes itself and hope for the next patch to fix it.
