A crier just came up to me on the street and told me i now had a discount at Mick and Ralphs Shop....now their shops won't open....they say "take a gander" or whatever and it just goes right on with the dialog, the store window never opens anymore.

Other shops such as gun runners and caravan store still appear to function fine.

Reloading the game back several minutes and reprogressing had no effect, Mick and Ralph's still busted.

Also just finished a 4 part quest for caravaners right after the crier told me i had a discount at Mick and Ralph's.
