^ I get this error message every time I restart or turn on from shut down. I don't know why, DirectX is working fine, I can play any game, but this comes up every single time I turn my PC on.

Suggestions? Nothing seems to make it go away. Also, since it's a diagnostic tool, is that to say that my PC thinks there is a problem? I don't seem to be having any problems, except for the over heating issues I've been having as of late.
