Works just fine, actually. Midas uses all new spells, 99.9% of which are scripted ones, LAME makes many edits to the vanilla spells that the player can get(rebalancing/tweaking), but nothing problematic when used with Midas Magic(except maybe on spell changing from a restoration effect to a destruction effect, but this is because the spell uses some vanilla effects), and Fearsome Magicka uses only new scripted effects, though there is one very minor conflict with LAME that I noticed in my copy, which may have been just a fluke edit I made. They both define a magic effect called BW10, only the one in FM doesn't do anything, where as the one in LAME summons a longsword.
Plus, Midas spells can really only be used by the player, unless someone finds a way to hand them to NPCs. FM uses scripts to hand the spells to NPCs and Creatures, which works just fine, and LAME uses mostly vanilla spells, adding new ones here and there, which can be added to NPCs with a Bash plugin. They play nice with each other, for the most part.
