So the game stop I'm pre-ordering from isn't doing a midnight release

Unfortunately, I get to prepare for exams on May 10th, so I don't get a change to play until after school :c

I'm curious because, I pre-ordered mine as well and they aren't doing a midnight release at my GameStop.
I want to know if its been shipped or not already.

I pre-ordered for PC from them and I want to be able to pre-load it on Steam before it goes live.

Not for Brink. I wouldn't be able to play it anyways, I have class in the morning. I won't get it until my first final exam is taken.

My nearest Gamestation (UK games store, I think its owned by the same group as gamestop) is having one, but i can't go as I have to be at the airport at 4am to meet someone.

its not a big city tbh i dont know how many people live here over 1000 i know that
it just opened up this year

My local gamestop is not. But it's ok, also have game preordered on steam for my pc so I'll be playing that. Really hope we have a midnight release for la noir though....

Brink has been shipped Napalm..the store i work at (wal-mart) got ours in today gah i had to fight every fiber in my body not to walk out when they handed me the box

My store will be doing midnight cause we are a 24 hour store anyway just it has to be sold at 12:01 to customers

Who needs midnight releases when I got preloads on steam! :celebration:

Honestly I don't think they will have one since Brink isn't called, CoD or GoW or Battlefield... would be cool though.

honestly we were so busy today (first of the month is always busy for wal-mart) i didnt get to examine them i opened the box saw brink geeked out in front of everyone then had to dash off to help ppl

I hate midnight releases,they should just sell the games at 10PM. I mean I have better things to do then die on route 80 at 12 in the morning. Lets release the game the same time the bar closes,lets hope one of the EMT's has an Xbox so he can enjoy my blood soaked copy of brink. I can wait until the next day thank you very much,or um...maybe I cant.

A few Gamestops and Steam *cough*andwalmart*cough* allow you to get it at midnight. Of course I would never condone buying from a terrible store so if you aren't lucky enough to find a Gamestop doing it then it's go Steam or go home.

Yeah, that anology doesn't really work considering most people use Steam at home, but just go with it!

Ordering off of Amazon. Otherwise I'd love to go to a midnight release - considering I have nothing to do Monday night.
