Yes, they would have also been taken. They are planning on reprogramming them to serve the MLA.

And if anyone is wondering why the robots wouldn't have fought back (since you know, they shouldn't necessarily be concerned with self-preservation) my thought is that the robots of the Brotherhood are programmed in a manner similar to the "Three Laws of the robotics." One of these laws being that they cannot willing endanger a Midwestern Brotherhood member unless directly ordered to be a Midwestern superior. So since fighting back would threaten the lives of the Midwestern soldiers held at gun-point, the robots do not go crazy in an attempt to kill all the MLA soldiers.
