In my Fan-Fiction the Incovenient Truth, the Midwest is in a state of utter anarchy. The Midwestern BOS is divided between mutant and tribal armies clashing against Brotherhood Purists. My idea is to create an ongoing RP that follows the storyline of my Fan-Fic, and as people make decisions in this RP, they effect the storyline of it. What happens in this RP transpires into the Fan-Fic.
Setting:
2279, September 7th, Midwest Region aka "The Core Region"
You are a citizen of this lonely cesspit. It's been two years since the split between the mutants and the purists. All out war has enganged much of old Illinois, Ohio, Montana, Colorado, and Wyoming. The Midwestern Brotherhood has fractured into two warring factions.
Purists:
Vocal about their belief in genetic purity and the advent of the Enclave, the Purists desire to rid the Midwest of Super Mutants, Ghouls, and humans tainted with FEV. Their leader, Adam Locke, is the de facto Elder of the Midwestern branch. He coordinates battles beneath the iron gates of his bunkers, always plotting and planning. The Purist's have abandoned their Midwestern armor, and now embody the old Brotherhood ideals. Most tribals are lucky enough to see one fully armed Paladin before they are captured for interogation. On one end, they are a tyrannical force in the Core Region, but they are also one of the few factions outside the Enclave or NCR that care about their people. All Purist bunkers are fully staffed and defended, and the citizens are included free medical and provisional benefits. They control the following:
Illinois- Chicago, Bunker Alpha
Illinois- West Peoria, Bunker Beta
Minnesota- St. Louis, Bunker Gamma
Nebraska/Kansas- Kansas City, Bunker Delta
Wyoming- Canyon City, Bunker Epsilon
" New Unity ":
The Tribal's and Mutant's who compromise a vast amount of the Core Region population are a rather makeshift brigand group. They compromise of ghouls, super mutants, tribals, rebel sympathizers and etc. The Tribalist and Mutant movement began after the fall of the Calculator, creating a power gap when the "Warrior" shut down Vault 0, sealing it off to the prying eyes of the Brotherhood Elders. The Midwest was divided between Tribals who believed the Vault should be abandoned to cater to the needs of the people in the Core, and the Purists who believed that the " Mutant Degenerates " would eventually bring the downfall of the Brotherhood. The tribal's and mutant's eventually abandoned the Brotherhood armies to form tightly knit communities, farming whatever they could muster. Junction City eventually fell into disrepair and anarchy, but the other communities thrived. The Brotherhood saw the threat posed by a growing mutant presence, and eventually sent an extermination force into Brahmin Wood, center of the movement. All the villagers were massacred, but some Elder's escaped. The survivors are now the leadership of the " New Unity ". William Kato, Henry Rogers and Alex Fostman now hold control over the fledgling movement, and have gained popular support from the various tribes of Illinois and Wyoming. They control the following communities:
Illinois: Peoria
Colorado: Buena Vista ( Power Plant and Assembly Facility disabled )
Kansas: Scott City ( Research Facility in disrepair )
Kansas: Cold Water
Current Conflict Cause:
After the Midwestern Schism, the two factions eventually came across a legendary item. The Calculator's keycard. Located formerly within the Cheyenne complex, the Midwestern BOS eventually took it into hiding, stashing it in an undisclosed location south of Brahmin Wood. The " New Unity ", now in control of the former manufacturing facilities of the Calculator's armies, is attempting to seek and reactivate the dormant machines, while the Purists attempt to open the door to Vault 0 and gain the infinite knowledge locked behind it. The casualties have been high, but the war is far from over. Who will you side with?

My Char Sheet:
Name: Vicente Charro
Age: 30
Faction: Purist Brotherhood Head Paladin
Race: Hispanic
Gender: Male
Appearance: Dark Black hair, well cut, gruff in appearance but highly charismatic. Combines moderate strength with high intellect.
Armor/Clothing: Reinforced Combat Armor Mk.II during daytime planning, standard T-51B during combat operations.
Weaponry: AE-R12 Laser Rifle, AEP7 Laser Pistol
Personality: Charismatic personality, but equally cruel and cunning. Charro treats his citizens as equals, but has been known to place mutant prisoners in horrendous conditions near the ruins of Brahmin Wood. Rumoured to be mentally unstable due to war strain and depression
History: Charro was born in Bunker Delta, son of the Head Paladin of the Midwestern BOS. He assumed basic training at age 10, and excelled in basic firearm maintenance and usage. His true talent, though, was command and control. His high intellect and stunning speeches during his time as a Knight earned him respect among the community, and by age 22, assumed command of the Bunker itself. Now Head Paladin of the Purist Brotherhood, Charro has focused on cruel eradication methods to rid the mutant threat, while at the same time securing the infrastructure of his own dominion. Although Adam Locke may command the Midwestern BOS, Charro is the real politcal figure in the organization, and has no trouble expressing it. It was rumoured that during the outbreak of the Purist/Unity War, both his parents commited suicide to prevent FEV poisoning after having travelled with a trade caravan to Bunker Alpha only to be ambushed by New Unity members attempting to dip them in crude FEV vats.
After the incident, Brahmin Wood was silently exterminated of all life. His actions have earned him the name of the " Head Butcher " among the New Unity, but mass approval by the Brotherhood has prompted more power to him. As the war rages on, more tragedy had struck him. Both his son and wife were caught in a New Unity ambush party, and during the fall of Scott City, were executed along with another toll of Brotherhood sympathizers. His now fully realized genocidal beliefs flourished as the entire Purist Brotherhood has shifted from scavenging technology to the systematic eradication of all mutants. Some New Unity villages had even appealed for surrender, but he continued with his attrocious acts. Most mutants fear capture from Brotherhood Patrols, and the most they can hope for is a quick death in comparison to the pale reality of the mutant expermentation facility in Chicago. Few know of his inhumane acts in Chicago, but as the war drags on, more and more prying eyes begin to see the effects of a world gone mad with hatred. This is the age known as the Midwestern Fall.
