Wal-Mart still sometimes has it. Don't have a Best Buy here, and I have never seen it in K-Mart. You can buy it off of Steam though, or just order it online. And buy it with both expansions. Tribunal or Bloodmoon (I think it was Tribunal) add a quests tab in your journal, making keeping track of everything much simpler. If you do get the expansions, always install Tribunal before you install Bloodmoon. I bought Bloodmoon before I got Tribunal and it was frustrating to have my games messed up because there was a correct order of installation for the expansions.

GOTY has both expansions, and all the official patches.
It also has the CS... unless you get it from Steam (or other digital download sites)... they do not come with the CS.

Anything I should know.

Can you be anymore vague?

Gameplay is nothing like Oblivion or Skyrim.

Install the MPP and MCP. They are essential. Links for both http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/topic/1060141-mod-recommendations-for-new-players/page__hl__recommendations in the Essentials sections.

So wait, none of the CD copies currently sold include the editor? Why on earth not??
