Polygon.com posted an opinion about Skyrim being the best argument against Elder Scrolls Online. I can't paste it but it is easy to find. They stated that as of june of last year Skyrim has sold 20 million copies. ESO??? I wish they had taken a third of that team and just put Skyrim on Next Gen. Anyway after reading the article post what you think. I know there is an ESO forum but the article is really about Skyrim and it's success being a single player game only.

Extremely succesful. TESO is going to do good aswell. People just need to see past all the misinformation being spread. Most who played beta enjoyed it on PC and 500000 beta invites we're sent last time so about 400000 of those people that were sent invites ONLY in the last beta are probably getting it more if you include all betas then there's the consoles and things

Bethesda isn't doing anything with ESO; its being made by Zenimax Online Studios. Originally it was supposed to be pc only. Then Sony decided to try to get it on the ps4. They must have been successful, because it was announced it was going to come out on both consoles; ps4 would get the first console beta, though.

Which is weird because I personaly know people who disliked the beta and most of them won't buy the game .

Whether by BGS or Zenimax Online, why would they do that? What's the benefit?

Those who want he game already have it, on one or multiple platforms. Those who got sick with the issues and limitations of console versions have already bought it for PC.

A better idea would be releasing The Anthology Edition on New Gen and Last Gen Consoles wouldn't it?

I played ESO beta and didn't like it. I even canceled my preorder because of my dislike for it. I wish I had "good taste of games" as you say. On a more serious note, I think ESO has it's crowd and will do fairly well.
