I once got gangbanged by a group of devious frost trolls. Not a nice sight to see.

I remember this clearly. It was right after the game unlocked. It was late at night, I was tired. I was going through my first dungeon on my own and I was nervous. Everything was going fine. I found some traps the hard way. Started dodging some. Anyways, I was going through, slow but steady and BAM, the metal spiked door swings shuts, one shots me, and sends my corpse flying into the back wall. It scared the crap out of me.

i found a lonely guy's house near morthal who was a "master of arcane magic" by his words. and i believed him after i entered his house, because he offered me no tea or cookies, but the taste of his fireballs.....

i killed myself by using the Wabbjack on a enemy,(damn backfire) so people who know wat it is know wat happened.

Was demolished by a troll, those things regenerate health WAY too fast, doesn't help I had to run back, was level 7 AND was a mage.

Killed by Varen Vals (Sp?) like twice, and was killed by a bandit party, was ambushed by frostbite spiders in the middle of a blizzard, and was struck down by a group of draughr.


Alot of deaths as you can see.

I volunteered for the Giant Space Program.

I actually managed to kill the giant! With little HP left I ignore my surroundings and loot the giant in celebration.
A couple of seconds after I'm done looting:

I wanted to see if you could survive a fall off a waterfall.

You can't.

My most memorable would be when I was going to one of the first places I was pointed to get a word of power, and I get there, see a dragon, and think, "Oh, this shouldn't be too bad... I needed a dragon soul anyway." Then a coffin opens, and I avoid the epic fireballs from its staff, only to get eated by the dragon. Reload, go back, avoid the dragon's breath only to eat a bunch of fireballs. Reload again, let the dragon notice me before I got close, killed it, quicksaved (<3 PC version) then fought the dragon priest for the next half hour, dodging/hiding behind pillars, charging in to slash once or twice, then going back to dodging/hiding while I used healing to slowly recover HP.

Definitely can't forget thinking 'Hey, a giant, like the first one we killed', then immediately leveling up maxing out my astronaut skill. Where's the perks, though? :S

Edit: Oh, and I call bs on the waterfall thing, I've done it. Just... not all of them.

On the first quest for the Companions, it took me almost 6 tries to finally kill that damned Falmer Chief. The only way I managed it was returning to Whitreun and cleaning out the alchemist's stock of healing potions and food. I didn't even bother with the Centurion inside the tomb after it insta-killed me with its steam breath.

I've died a few times because of poorly executed jumps too, though thankfully never at important times.

Only the top four until i got the fade shout, now i can jump from high mountain tops without taking damage and sprint away from mobs without losing stamina. HOORAY!

That priest is super tough. I was up there on the mountain and a dragon came along, then I awoke that dragon priest. I ran away to fight the dragon and I barely survived that. I went back and jumped on a rock, and I sniped the priest from there because his spells almost never hit me. I got an awesome mask (Krosis) from him; it gives +20% Lockpicking, Archery, and Alchemy, which is awesome for my Archer / Alchemist Khajiit.


On the topic of dying, I've died because:

I let a sabre tooth tiger get close to my Archer on Expert
Walked into a massive fireball trap
Fell off a cliff (I bounced pretty far)

Well I walk into Solitude and decide hey this guys getting executed and I know a pretty good seat that'll test the AI a bit :hubbahubba:
So I walk up and as I pass the gaurd he's like NO BACK OFF OR I KILL YA
Then yadayada I got attacked by 3 gaurds and towns people and :dead:
