Can I reload or use the difficulty slider while in Tamriel? If not...cash. If I can...still cash.

No sorry,Though as you progress depending on what you choose you will got stronger so things become easier for you.

Knowing, realistically, that I wouldn't really have a good shot at surviving in a pre-industrial Fantasy world (what with random apocali and wandering monster attacks), the only logical response would be to take the cash.

(It's like threads I've seen on other forums: "What would you do in a zombie apocalypse" "What would you do if transported to Fallout3" "What would you do if transported to World of Warcraft"..... Die. Probably horribly.

Id have plent of time to sit around and play the next few ES games, along with plenty of other great stuff.

Also, the people in tamriel all talk about the same thing, over and over. That would get old pretty fast...

Is this a real depiction of Tamriel or the game world. I can't deal with 10 years of "I saw a mudcrab the other day" *Siiiiigh*

I'd choose the 10 mil and then pay Beth to implement a very realistic simulation of TES world so that I could have the best of both worlds xD

The budget for Skyrim is estimated 100 million, so I don't think your 10 million will go very far :tongue:

If you wanted you could start in Sadrith Mora or another Guarded Town/City and then join a Guild to learn how to protect yourself :toughninja:

Edit: On-topic - I have a happy health family that I wouldn't want to leave, and the cash benefits all members of said family. My choice is clear.

I'd take Tamriel because it would essentially be another 10 years of life, and an amazing ten years of life at that. Also assuming that you take your (non-magical) skills back with you when you leave Tamriel you would probably be a master swordsman after 10 years. So I think the better choice is clearly Tamriel, for 10+ years of life and being a master swordsman when you come back.

10 years in Tamriel.I'd just live a happy life somewhere in Cheydinhal.This is a tough choice anyway.Tamriel is a very dangerous place

At least I'd be able to play with magic and stuff.
