10 million £/$ or 10 years in Tamriel?

Post » Mon Jul 25, 2011 9:14 pm

I'd take Tamriel because it would essentially be another 10 years of life, and an amazing ten years of life at that. Also assuming that you take your (non-magical) skills back with you when you leave Tamriel you would probably be a master swordsman after 10 years. So I think the better choice is clearly Tamriel, for 10+ years of life and being a master swordsman when you come back.

Every answer has been good so far,but I like this one allot.

Yeah I guess you could,But only mentally have the knowledge and the confidence to do it. That being said if you had chosen to become an Orc and learned over the years to control and wield a 25kg Broad sword, when you came back, depending on real life strength you might not be able to lift it.......That's if you can find a 25kg Broad sword

Money. Most of us aren't suited to life in a medieval society.

Tamriel even if you offer £1000000000000000000000000. and its great way to wait for elder scrolls VIII :tes:

Hahah thats a good point, but unfortunately if you went in on say 11.11.11 that's when you would come out.

Though with your knowledge and experience of Tamriel you could get a job writing ES VII :D

Well if I had picked up a bit of smithing knowledge a 25kg broadsword might not be too hard to make. I wouldn't be an orc but I can imagine myself getting used to being a waterbreathing argonian and promptly drowning myself when i get back to earth.

What would you choose?

10 Mill£ (or Equivalent in local currency)?

Or

10 Years in Tamriel?. You can choose Starting Province,Your Race and Time Period. And while you were in Tamriel time in the real world stands still.

The Catches; You cant be clever and "invent a machine to transport you to Tamriel" if you choose the money........That's just not realistic!
And if you choose Tamriel your family can't come with you. Also if you die in Tamriel,You are revived by whichever god/s you worship,so its 10 years,no more,No less!

Whichever you choose it would be nice to see what you would do with your 10Mill or How/What you would do in Tamriel?

Thanks for reading

Can I choose to use the money to invest in a virtual reality machine to put me in Tamriel? :P

In all honesty I'd probably choose Tamriel. It'd be awesome to travel the lands... but 10 years would seem too little!

I would choose

£10 million (10 million pounds is a lot more money than 10 million dollars)
$10 million
10 years in Tamriel

in that order.

Peter Gibbons: What would you do if you had a million dollars?
Lawrence: I'll tell you what I'd do, man: two chicks at the same time, man.
Peter Gibbons: That's it? If you had a million dollars, you'd do two chicks at the same time?
Lawrence: Damn straight. I always wanted to do that, man. And I think if I were a millionaire I could hook that up, too; 'cause chicks dig dudes with money.
Peter Gibbons: Well, not all chicks.
Lawrence: Well, the type of chicks that'd double up on a dude like me do.
Peter Gibbons: Good point.
Lawrence: Well, what about you now? what would you do?
Peter Gibbons: Besides two chicks at the same time?
Lawrence: Well, yeah.
Peter Gibbons: Nothing.
Lawrence: Nothing, huh?
Peter Gibbons: I would relax... I would sit on my ass all day... I would do nothing.
Lawrence: Well, you don't need a million dollars to do nothing, man. Take a look at my cousin: he's broke, don't do [censored].

found it at imdb...

the 10 million can kiss my butt

I will chose 10 years in the land of Nirn, I will be an Altmer and I will 'start" my life on the summerset isles, 10 years of a new experience 10 years of LIFE can't be bought by all the gold pressed latinum in the universe.

I would pick Tamriel. I would live happily as an Argonian and leave a little wiser.

10 years for sure, like no question asked...I'd probably serve one of the Gods so that they could bind me to Mundus, and then I would just live forever on Tamriel :P

I would probably pick Tamriel but how do you enter it? If it was anywhere but a town, I would probably just be killed by any one of the numerous monsters randomly wandering around and if I was in a town, I'd be too afraid to leave. I'd then have to work my ass of to make any kind of living and have to resort to begging. All this assuming that in Tamriel everything isn't just really dirty and plague-ridden. But ya it would probably still be worth it.
