wanted to know if the mines re spawn the ore and if so how long does it take

i am trying to get the steam achiv for thieves guild bring them back to there glory *do not need spoilers just yes or no *

does finishing main quest of that guild suppose to give me the achievement


how do i set companion to not to die by my hand

i know npc can not kill them but they always kneel down in front of me before i realize it and kill them lol

and doing the rez command in console brings them back to normal gear that they started with
