Ministry of truth

as soon as the heart of Lorkhan is destroyed?
I was thinking about how it is stated Vivec has suspended that rock with his divine powers but what happens when he doesn't have them anymore? The ghostgate stops existing so I'd say the ministry of truth should fall.
Does it?

(edit: maybe this should be in the Lore section??)

From a game point then no it doesn't, if you want to know why it doesn't then lore is the best place for this.

How many times have you guys read the "36 lessons of Vivec" before you started to make sense out of it?

I guess this is kind of the key to why it doesn't crash down?

The people of Vivec themselves hold the key to their destruction. With the disappearance of Vivec, that unwavering Dunmer faith is bound to be tested.

(Or you read the Loveletter and now how it apparently goes down)
