Hey guys. I'm pretty new to the Fallout series. I purchased New Vegas Ultimate Edition because I really like the idea of crafting and managing food and such. I have played for a few hours just to get excited about it and learn the ropes... but now I want to reroll and min/max a bit.

I read a lot about having a high Intelligence to maximize on the number of skill points you get per level. There are also perks that can give you more skill points per level. Is this required or are there enough DLC expansions that you're going to get max skills anyway?

Any tips? Does anyone know a guide? I can't seem to find one for New Vegas.

You'll max out most skills with a high INT and all DLC installed. Don't think you can max them all w/o a Mod though.
