I''m having difficulties finding these quest items, even trying the 'cheat' (pressing [ to fast travel across rooms), and so far I only got 2 parchments that seem nothing like letters (you cannot use opr get info on them). I am currently in the 'castles' underwater systems and no letters.... I read generally they are at some room with 6 vamps, actually found 2 of such rooms, but no letters. Am I screwed? I know some areas are not accessed via [ but I fear this might be broken. Anyone got that too?

The Letters should look like a large piece of paper. When in your inventory any quest item will have a green background (if not your game needs patching). Click on "use" to read the "partially burned Letters". The only time I've ever seen [ fail is when the quest item, an NPC, has fallen into the void.

guess what... i was getting 'stuck' in some room wall after using [ but with enough room to check the treasure right in front of me, which had no letters....

So I kept [ til I recognised the rooms, and was getting desperate. I even completed the underwater maze! (funny, I discovered if your stamina runs out and yuo colapse underwater, you do not die !).

Till I walked right into one of the rooms I had 'teleported' before and there the letters were.... near the very treasure I checked 3-4 times.

I was getting stuck not in a wall, but *in the letter* ! Go figure....

Now, is it impossible to Orcish Treaty because Minysera is gone, or is it just she went away for some days and I was faster retrieving the letters for Queen Aubk-i ?

Before doing the Orcish Treaty you'll have to complete 3 other quests, Morgiah's Wedding, The Werebeast, and the Emperor's Courier.

Mynisera should show up again after doing the Werebeast quest for Cyndassa.

thx jeabo - i already did those. i assume since the queen said she'd be away for 16 days that Minysera is not in castle coz its been less than that.

You're probably right.....and will certainly find out when those 16 days are up.
