Miraak and Waking Dreams

This has been bugging me for a while and I don't know if this has been discussed at all. Is it possible that Miraak could have been trying to achieve CHIM, or has (unlikely ?)

4 things have lead me to consider this:

1. Waking Dreams is obviously a discussion about either the concept of CHIM or of the true nature of the universe (which would lead some to achieve CHIM if they could handle it.) There could he a reason that this was the Black Book that Miraak held in the bowls of his temple.

This also, at least for me, has interesting implications as to the fate of the LDB. Afterall, it is stated several times that the player is following Miraak's path and must learn what he knows to defeat him. If Miraak was indeed trying for CHIM, stumbled upon the idea, or has achieved it, then it's within the realm of possibility for the LDB. I would love to see a discussion on this as I think Waking Dreams may imply things as to what we may hear is the destiny of the LDB in TES VI.

2. Much of Miraak's cut dialogue spurs this idea on for me, especially his, "subdue this chaotic world" line. This brings me to number 3.

3. His personality, specifically, his over-inflated ego, makes it likely that if he were to discover the true nature of the universe and his place in it, he would easily avoid zero-summing. He may even twist I AM ALL WE, into YOU ARE ALL ME. Essentially, these are the same concepts but with very different thought processes that would lead to very different outcomes as to how CHIM is used and to what ends. This idea of Anti-CHIM was discussed in another thread and that is the conclusion I left with.

4. You can ignore this one if you want, but listening closely to Vivec's cut voice files and Miraak's voice, the effect on their voices is somewhat similar. Could that be what those who achieve CHIM sound like? I am well aware this is probably just Bethesda trying to make their man-behind-the-mask villain sound cool. Still, might be something to consider, though, probably not.
