Misc skill increase speed

Is there a GMST that governs the speed at which misc skills increase? I'd like to make a mod that changes them so they increase at the same speed as major and minor skills instead of half speed.

the higher they are, the more time it takes to increase those skills

I think misc skills increase at the same speed as major and minor skills.

The only attribute that affects skill progression speed is class specialization. For example, if your character's class is specialized in combat, then combat skills will be easier to increase for them than magic or stealth skills.

I believe the above behavior is governed by the fSpecialSkillBonus game setting. By default it's set to 0.8, which I assume means that specialized skills take 80% experience to increase compared to non-specialized skills.

not true. major is at 0.75, minor at 1.00, misc at 1.25

that counts too, yes. so specializing will again make increases easier.
