So, in your inventory, the misc. tab, do you need to keep these magazines, bobble heads, etc., in inventory for the perks to work? Or is it simply the discovery of them that give you the perk?

I know this seems like a silly question, but with the ability to build a bobble head display, it wouldn't seem advantageous to keep them in your carried inventory.

Once you get the perk from the magazines and the (un)-bobbling heads you can do what you want..keep them, shelve them, sell them, drop them..
