I got a used 360 for Christmas, along with Skyrim Legendary. I started a new game, but I'm having trouble getting the miscellaneous objectives for Unbound to work. I will get them, but when I complete them, they just disappear instead of marking as complete. I have tried everything I can think of to get this problem to fix, which I'm listing here:

• Saving, loading, and trying a different method, such as removing the pots from the barrel one at a time


• Installing the DLC from Disk 2, then starting a new game


• Formatting the hard drive, downloading the patch, and then reinstalling the DLC.

I can't figure out what to do here. Googling the problem has turned up 0 solutions.

That looks normal, and not a problem, which is why you can't fix it. The starter dungeon would leave too much clutter in your journal otherwise, and they're things you don't really need to do. If you don't collect the potions, you just won't have any, and have to heal yourself with a spell, for example.

You'll find later that some Miscellaneous quests (not just objectives) disappear the same way, for the same reason. Typically they're ones that are repeatable.

But they've completed before and shown up in my miscellaneous objectives as complete.
