The most dreaded thing in Fallout 4 is finding your companions in a settlement, especially Santuary Hills, but something even worse is not knowing which settlement they are located in. I assumed that I left Cure in either The Castle, Santuary Hills or the Red Rocket Workshop, but I can't find her in any those settlements, even after using the bell to gather all of my settlers and companions. I also went back to Vault 81 to check if she went back there, although I may have missed her there. Any other ideas on how I can locate my companion? And are there any mods which can located companions?

As you've asked for mods, I assume you're on PC.

Curie is glitched for many of us. I can't get Curie to stay at any of my settlements. If I try to send her to one, she just goes back to Vault 81 regardless of what I do. She probably went back there. She stands in front of the doctors office, so that's where I'd look.

This is a glitch that I'm desperately hoping gets fixed in the next patch. I have all of my favorite companions at the same settlement so I can easily switch between them. Curie is one of my favorites as well, and I'd love to be able to have her at my settlement.

It's odd. If I try to send her to Sanctuary, for example, a notification will pop up saying "Curie is going to Sanctuary," but she'll just end up running back to Vault 81. I've tried this at numerous different settlements, tried sending her to the settlement while at that given settlement, tried it while at different settlements, out in the wasteland, while actually at Vault 81...I always get the "Curie is going to Sanctuary" notification, but she won't go there. I've also verified that it wasn't a settlement population issue or charisma issue. A lot of people have had this same issue though, and I'm pretty sure Bethesda is aware of it.

Anyway, check at Vault 81. I bet that's where she's at. You may have missed her when you looked there. If that fails (and you're on PC), use the console command mentioned in the previous post.

I had the feeling that she would randomly go to Vault 81. I must have missed her, like you said. I hope Bethesda fixes this bug, for the sake of the console players who will be unsable use the PC commands.

Same here. I'm on PC so I could find her regardless, but that's not really the point. I've pursued the romance option with Piper, Cait, and Curie. I don't want one of my lady's spending all of her time just standing in front of the doctor's office waiting for me to come back and travel with her for a while. I'd rather have her at one of my settlements. I'm sure this will get addressed in a future patch, but I'm really hoping that it gets addressed in the NEXT patch specifically. Of the various bugs that I've found in the game, this is the one that really bothers me the most.
