Strange. Some places on the map appear as completed when you complete a mission or exploring a cave completely. There are other places that does not appear complete even when you finish a mission or fully explore the place. There's nothing else to do in the cave, is fully explored and does not appears completed on the map.

This could be a bug? I've found 25 places on the map and 5 do not appear as complete.

Example: The quest in Whiterun, if you wish kill or not Kematu. Fully explored the cave, and finished the mission does not appear as complete.
