I've leveled my illusion skill to about 63 now, and still can't find the "frenzy" spell that is supposed to be available at the adept (around lvl 50) skill range. I heard it takes a couple days to renew the stock, but it's been a few in-game weeks and still no "frenzy" for sale by any of the court mages in the major cities.

I had a similar problem on a previous character with the "bound bow" spell never showing up, but I stopped playing that character due to other glitches with crafting tables.

Am I cursed? Or is there someone else I'm supposed to see for the adept and higher level spells? My basic illusion spells are not strong enough anymore so if I can't upgrade...and have to re-roll again due to glitches....I may never finish this game.

I didn't get new illusion spells to show up at the college until I was over 70 in skill.

Okay I see. Do you know if the skills showed up with the court mages or only with NPCs within the College? Just curious because I hadn't really intended on doing too much with the College, and would like to steer away from it as much as possible
