I've heard that it may be an issue with ATI graphics cards. I have an ATI HD4850 graphics card. Is there a fix for this that doesn't require TM to be off?
Another issue I have is white flickering when layers of blood on an enemy overlap (especially noticable after using the Ripper on someone) but that happens regardless of which settings I use. I've heard other people mention it too. I have no idea if this is an ATI specific issue. Last time I heard there was no solution for this other than using a low decal limit but if there is one now I'd like to hear it!
