Ok i downloaded this mod today;

The html for this mod reads that it should have a esp, but their doesn't seem to be one after installation?
I checked the eintire data folder and oblivion folder but no esp, so does any one know where i can get the
esp for this mod?

Do not use Operation Optimization. (PyFFI can do a much better job.) It does not have an ESP either.

Tomlong75210 is correct, but the reason why you don't have an ESP is that the mod got changed due to errors and the readme never got updated.

The mod ended up getting abandoned anyway.
