I've been encountering a weird bug lately with my game. The eyes dissapear from not only myself, but everyone around me. It doesn't start out that way, but eventually just "happens". I've found that the eyes are sinking into the body, leaving the empty eye sockets xD. The eyes are still there, just in the body now.

Any clues on what I might do to solve this problem ??

You have anymods active?

...you will find many workarounds that could be related to your problem.
