Hello Everybody
i am from Germany but i like the english Language much more in RPGs.
So i wanted to play FalloutNV also in english
But now i have the problem that i cant start the game after downloading
I think its because the FalloutNV.esm is missing.
Any Idea how to obtain it in steam?

Right click on FNV in Steam library, open Properties -> Local files -> Verify integrity of game cache.
