a vexing list of errors in my warnings text. does not crash my game but I would like to know.....

Not able to find Ankle part in RT_T_Pants1_M_a.
Not able to find Knee part in RT_T_Pants1_M_k.
Not able to find Upper Leg part in RT_T_Pants1_M_ul.
Not able to find Ankle part in rt_pants_MW32_a.
Not able to find Knee part in rt_pants_MW32_k.

I have no idea what mod this comes from, the "rt" mode, maybe a mod creator.

does anyone here know?

The general way to find out is to search your plugins for the strings in the warnings. You can do this with an application that can search binary files for strings such as http://www.inforapid.de/html/searchreplace.htm or http://www.digitalvolcano.co.uk/content/textcrawler (both are free software).

Personally, I use my http://code.google.com/p/mlox/wiki/Tes3cmd (available http://code.google.com/p/mlox/downloads/list), so you could try a commandline (in cmd.exe shell window) like:

tes3cmd dump --list --match RTJEB_nin_pants_k *.esm *.esp

I know Emma has RT Folders in Children of Morrowind and Whitewolf of Lokken Mountain .
