Missing hands, possible mod causing it? : Fallout: New Vegas

Hello
I remember I've seen this bug before.... I don't remember if it was in one of Gopher's let's plays or in one of my older saves.
I couldn't find anything when i Googled it. Have any of you seen this bug before and do you know how to fix it? They are not always gone, but they do disappear and reappear.

Best thing to do is disable your mods and load the game to see if the issue goes away.

Recheck them a few at a time to see if they return.

Likely a mod issue.

I think I found the issue, the New Vegas Stutter Remover is causing it, I've seen other people on the mod page talking about it.

I never had the issue with NV stutter Remover and I always use that mod.

I never use any mods that add or remove gloves or use a mod that changes the pip boy.

Hmm weird, but I haven't had the problem after i removed the stutter remover.
