Hi. I finally got a computer that can run Oblivion so I just installed the GOTY disc.Looking thru body replacers I found the TGND mod and manually installed it. Everything seems to be working except my character is missing her hands. I see the hand meshes and textures in their respective folders.Could someone explain what I did wrong and how to fix it. Thanks.

Hard to give advice on so little info, but my guess is that you just need http://oblivion.nexusmods.com/mods/10724/?. I'd also recommend using Wrye Bash's installer instead of installing mods manually. It might seem a bit complicated if you haven't used it previously, but it's in fact rather easy to get installs up and running - and so much easier to handle installs once you do.
