Hello everyone...I need a solution for this, fast.....

I got Fallout 3 + some expansions from my friend. I've finished Fallout 3 and had no problems whatsoever, but, when I install epxansions, Broken Steel, The Pitt, Mothership Zeta i just see red exclamation marks and npc's are bugged. Like that tunnel that I am supposed to enter, I just see railroad and big red diamond with exclamation mark. In Broken Steel i miss a complete building, there are bugged npc's in the air and again, red exclamation marks. Is there any fix for this, prefferably automatic, but if not possible, manual is ok.

I've got the problem, too.

I've got the German Fallout 3 GotY with all DLC's from Steam.

The DLC's 'Point Lookout' and 'Broken Steel' causes exclamation marks.

The DLC 'Point Lookout' also causes a crash to desktop at the Library of Arlington.

I've already deleted the DLC's in my Fallout folder and downloaded them from Steam again, with the same result.

So, my question is: Where can I get clean and functional DLC's from?

It appears your friend gave you a bad copy of Fallout. Your only solution is to buy your own copy.

I sometimes get missing textures & exclamation marks in certain areas in my fairly heavily modded game & what helps me is to do a proper save, quit to desktop then restart & load the save.
