okay so i was installing OOO and "foward motion Blur" and i dont know how i got a really cool animation when running i couse see the sword and shield moving foward and backwards (just like in Morrowind) and i exit the game to get some diner and know it isnt working. i think its the blur mod but i dont see any blur when i run i just saw my shield and sword moving and i wonder if there is a Mod for that? or if its OOO

the thing is i had those too already working i i just installed again OOO and that think started happening. then i isntalled deadly reflex and fcom and it was still working. Then i unistalled deadly reflex(wasnt working well) and installed MMM and the movement was still happening but when i exited and enter the game it stoped.
